Craziest Christmas EVER!

How was your Christmas???
Ours turned out to be merry/ busy/ crazy & oh so fun!!!! We received our families yesterday night for an evening of fun & laughter! Seriously a Christmas to remember! Livia had sooooo much fun...& got totally spoiled! I was so busy running around the house, didn't took as many pictures as I would have liked...but here are a few!

Amazing chocolate bark...I'll definitely be making this recipe every year from now on! This is actually my only "food" picture...can't believe I was too busy to even take a picture of the feast...oh well!

I have NEVER seen so many gifts!!!

This particular gift was bigger than Livia...

...and she seems to be hoping it's for her!

My boyfriend gave me the coolest gift! A Wacom drawing tablet! I'll have to make some new designs for my CUTIFULmemories shop!

This little lady stayed up till' 11pm!!!

The morning after...it almost looks like we just moved in...empty boxes EVERYWHERE!

She's loving the play kitchen we got her...and all the felt food I made for her! Yay!

Didn't know you could make popcorn in a sink!

Gotta go back to cleaning up all the mess!

Proper introduction!

As you might know, I opened my 2nd Etsy shop about a month ago...I talked a bit about it here & here, but just realized that I didn't properly introduce my new shop & new product line to you guys!

So I decided to tell you a bit more about this project of mine, dear to my heart! :)
Working in fashion design for about 6 years, I've had a chance to develop my graphic skills! I love fun & whimsical graphic design, and I enjoy using those skills outside of work too...This idea of a 2nd shop offering printables came to me when I created the party invitation for my baby girl's 1st birthday (which I shared in this previous blog post). One of my good friend then asked my to design a party invitation for her son's 2nd birthday...I really have fun creating these, so why not open a shop!

I want the increase my selection, but simply haven't had time lately to create more templates...custom orders from the 1st shop are keeping me busy busy! :) But I have absolutely no problem taking custom orders for the printables too! Creating a unique design that fits your style is what it's all about!

I have a few ideas  for additional models I'd like to develop...but I'm just curious...Any of you have suggestions of themes I should work on? Your input is always valuable! Gets my creativity going! :)

There's an app for that!

I know what you think...
YES, I have just arrived in 2012! NO, up until about 2 weeks ago, I had never owned an Iphone!
But now that I do, damn, I'm sooooooooooo in love with it! :)

Of course, one of the biggest advantage is being able to take my emails & Etsy convos ANYWHERE! Ha! Freedom, I love you so much! I also started downloading some apps (only free ones so far, I feel that an app should be REALLY amazing for me to pay for it at this stage because
I'm still new to all of this!) and really understood what the saying "There's an app for that" truly meant! There really is an app for almost anything you could think of, which is absolutely crazy!

So I've installed some basic apps like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (I've just discovered the joy of Instagram & I love it!), Pinterest (for the addict that I am!), Blogger (which isn't very complete in my opinion, but I guess I should maybe take a deeper look into it) and of course Etsy (which comes very handy everyday!)

I'm also loving the utilitary apps for grocery list & to-do list (Yay! No more little pieces of paper scattered here & there around the house! Everything is in one place, much easier to manage! Don't you think?)

I've also came across this app called Peppermint, which turned out very handy when creating a color card for my new project...you know, the one I talked about a few weeks ago...

 I've been so busy creating templates for my new Etsy shop that I haven't even told you yet! Yes, you read correctly, I've just opened my 2nd Etsy shop offering printables a few days ago! So exciting, can wait to see what the response will be like!


The range of apps offered is so huge, I don't even know where to look or what to look for...it's simply too much information! But I thought that maybe some of you have some apps they simply can't live without and would be willing to share those precious apps with us?!?!
